this traditional North African spice rub is skilfully blended in Cape Town, a cosmopolitan culinary hub. we use only the best sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, coriander, cumin, brown sugar, and an aromatic blend of peanuts.


our dukkah is a fantastic companion to our Amble Pantry olive oil.


serving suggestions:

- dip fresh Italian, or crusty bread broken into bite size into olive oil and then into the dukkah.

- sprinkle dukkah over any salad once dressed with the olive oil.

- sprinkle dukkah onto a sandwich together with cheese, ham, avo, tamatoe, any filling of your choice.

- sprinkle dukkah over any steamed, grilled or oven roasted vegetables once in a serving platter.

- sprinkle dukkah over grilled or roasted meats.

- sprinkle dukkah over scrambled, fried or poached egg.

- add dukkah to cooked rice, couscous or polenta.

- add dukkah to a stuffing mixture for chicken or turkey.

- add dukkah to any dip such as tzatiki, hummus

- add dukkah to your favourite filling then fill a wrap.

 

storage

always store in a airtight container, prefably a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
